Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. 

All products sold through are covered by our warranty and return policies. The quality of the product you will receive is guaranteed to be good, and we absolutely guarantee this. 

If you find any defective product received within 7days, we will refund or exchange the items at our cost. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of personal reasons, we will refund you if you return the items within 15 days of your receipt of the items. However, you should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions, tampered products will not be exchanged/refunded. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, you will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. You should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss. The buyer will be responsible for the extra shipping fees and custom fees to return the items, the unpaid package will not be acceptable.

2) Product Name/Code you want to return

3) The reason you want to make a return. 

4) Tracking numbers after your product has been sent out
