Where are you shipping from?
Our warehouses located in China, so your orders will be shipped from China.
When will I receive my order?
Below is the progress of your order:
a. First: After you finish placing your order, it will be captured and transfer to "Processing" process. This process would take 1-3 business days to complete.
b. Second: After the "Processing" process, your order will be ready to be shipped out. We will send you the tracking number via the email that you used when placing your order.
Shipping Methods, Transit Times, and Rates
Standard (10 – 30 Business Days): Usually shipping by E-packet or other postal service (typically products weighing 2 kgs or less)
- $8.00 for orders under $50
- Free for orders of $50 or more
Expedited (3 – 8 Business Days): Usually shipping by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS.
- $20.00 for all orders
How can I track my order?
After we have shipped your order out, an email will be sent to the email that you used when placing your order, this email contains the tracking number of the packages. Please note to check your in-box or spam folder. After that, you can use the tracking numbers track your order via https://www.17track.net/. Please note after receiving your tracking number it can take up to 2-3 days for the tracking information to update.
Why is my shipment status unchanged?
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
Additional Information
We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your order is inspected. Please note that the shipping cost does not included any import taxes, buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. It will better for you to figure out local policy before placing orders to avoid losses. Normally we'll never cover any cost after items shipped out from China.
If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, custom clearance problem, other undelivered reason), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item. We can resend the order or cancel and refund the order to you. Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the buyer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees and custom fees from the refund total.
